Shipping Terms and Conditions
CJ Internet Sales, LLC has a responsibilty to process orders when they come in and to ship them out ASAP. In some cases this is done the same day the order is received. The vast majority of the orders this is within 24 hours of receipt of your order. In some cases this is within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We process orders on weekends and have them ready for shipment the next business day.
Therefore, we put in writting that the following should be expected by you, as our customer. Like a "Customer Shipping Bill of Rights:.
- You should expect to have your order processed when it is received.
- You should expect to have your order shipped within 48 hours of you placing the order.
- You should expect to have a tracking number sent to you via E-mail when your order has been shipped.
- You should expect to receive your merchandise in good condition.
- You should expect to notify us in case there is a problem so we can address it promptly.
We realize that many of our customers are new to the Internet. We too were once new to this wonderfully eye-opening world of information and products. Building your confidence in us will take action on both of our parts. If you take action to purchase product from us we will do whatever we can in order to be worthy of your trust.
Return Policy
CJ Internets Sales passes the entire manufacturer warranty to our customers. If there is a problem call us. We will be glad to assist you in resolving the issue.

All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy CJ Internet Sales, LLC will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your customer's satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of CJ Internet Sales, LLC and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If your customer disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by fax or e-mail. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.
In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be added to the customer's bill and the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping back to CJ Internet Sales, LLC and any address correction fees.
